The Learning and Development master’s concentration provides students with an opportunity to advance their knowledge and understanding of human development from infancy through adulthood, while also gaining foundational knowledge in Educational Psychology.  Emphasis is given to physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development across the lifespan, as well as motivation and learning across contexts.

The 33-hour degree plan is flexible, allowing students to select 4 elective courses that best fit their interests and career goals.  Graduates seek careers in educational environments, community-based social service programs, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and business/research organizations and institutions that support individuals and families.
