Master of Science in Applied Technology & Performance Improvement

The Master of Science degree is designed for those professionals who are seeking careers in the field of training and development or who are currently working in the corporate sector in some aspect of corporate training: human resource management, curriculum design, delivery and/or evaluation. Students seeking this option are advised to also earn the "Basic Corporate Training Certificate" and "Advanced Corporate Training Certificate" concurrently.

UNT offers students a Master of Science degree in Workforce Learning & Performance (WLP). It is a 100% Internet-based degree: there are no on-campus classroom sessions!

The Master of Science degree with a major in Workforce Learning & Performance is designed for those professionals who are seeking careers in the field of training and development. This 36 semester hour program consists of coursework in needs analysis and training analysis, introduction to training and development, facilitation skills, research, diversity, curriculum theory, and program evaluation.

A student may enroll for one semester without an approved GRE score. Students must submit a GRE score before being officially admitted to the Master's program (see below for more information regarding GRE score).
